We are striving for our site to be more user-friendly than our competition with the added bonus of being completely mobile responsive.

Orders

I just purchased from Parttera.com, how do I track my order?

All customers will receive an email with tracking details once their orders have shipped. The email will also include a link where you can view shipment status. You may also get updates on your order by connecting with our customer support team. You can reach them by chat, email (Support@Parttera.com) or phone (1-833-390-1015) during regular business hours.

I made an error on my order. What should I do?

No problem. We understand mistakes happen and we are here to help! Call us during regular business hours (1-833-390-1015) or email us (Support@Parttera.com) stating your name, the order number of the product(s) in question, and a return phone number. There is also a chat feature available on the bottom right of our website to connect you directly with a customer support agent! If your order has already shipped (SEE SHIPPING POLICY), we will do our best to accommodate your request while following our own policies and procedures.

Price Match

We here at Partterra are committed to providing you the best online shopping experience possible. We do our best to ensure our prices stay competitive; however, if you find a lower price online, let know and we will see if we can match it (or even beat it)!

Condition:

  • Cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or sales

  • Does not include any shipping, sales tax, or duty fees

  • The product must be in stock by both Parttera and the competitor

  • We do not price match from manufacturers

  • Closeout, liquidations, auction sites, going out of business, employee discounts, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and boxing day sales are excluded from price match

  • We have the right to refuse any price match for any reason

Please ensure you include the full name of the product in question as well as a link to the website you found the lower price. Once verified, a Customer Support Agent will contact you via email with the next steps.

How long does my order take to ship once I purchase a product?

We do our best to ensure your product ships within 24-48 business hours from the time that you purchase with us (SEE SHIPPING POLICY). If there is any reason your purchase will not ship out in a reasonable time frame, you will be contacted by a member of the PARTTERA Customer Support team. Depending on the carrier, PARTTERA orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 business days after the date of shipping depending on state and location.
