I made an error on my order. What should I do?
No problem. We understand mistakes happen and we are here to help! Email us ([email protected]) stating your name, the order number of the product(s) in question, and a return phone number. There is also a chat feature available on the bottom right of our website to connect you directly with a customer support agent! If your order has already shipped (SEE SHIPPING POLICY), we will do our best to accommodate your request while following our own policies and procedures.

How long does my order take to ship once I purchase a product?
